See AllDeluxe Double - en-suite This spacious ground floor room overlooking the front garden contains a large king size four poster bed with a couch to relax with a book or watch TV .The room contains the original pine panelling and the original georgian embossed cornice ceiling.Double Standard - en-suite The standard double rooms offer a view over the front garden with a view to the Victorian church opposite. Both rooms have their original cornices. There is one on the 1st floor and one on the ground floor. We can't guarantee what floor will be available but we will try and accommodate any request you make.Double Lower Ground - en-suite These are standard double rooms in the front of the house, looking over over the front sunken garden. They each have a window seat to relax on and read a book.Superior Double - en-suite This is a spacious double bedroom at the back of the property overlooking the back garden and the surrounding 19th C Edinburgh-style buildings and is a quiet space to relax in. It has the original cornices.Twin Double Bed en suite This large room quiet room is on the 1st floor and at the back of the property overlooking the back garden. It has 2 double beds and is suitable for a family or 4 friends to share..A travel cot is available if wanted.
